FAQ – moba travel

1. How many holiday apartments does “moba travel” offer?
We offer a total of 12 holiday apartments (for 2–10 guests), 2 rooms, and one holiday house – ideal for couples, families, or groups.


2. How do I book a holiday apartment?
Enter your desired travel dates on our homepage to see all available apartments and prices.

If you prefer to stay in Travemünde or Priwall, simply select the relevant category, choose your preferred apartment, and book directly online.


3. How does the payment process work?
The total amount is generally due within 14 days after booking.
If your arrival is within the next few days, the full amount is due immediately.


4. What payment methods are available?
Currently, we offer bank transfer or Apple Pay.


5. When must the deposit be paid?
We are happy to offer installment payments:

  • 50% within the first 14 days

  • Remaining balance 30 days before arrival


6. When is my booking confirmed?
Immediately after booking, you will receive a booking confirmation including the full invoice amount. This serves as your official confirmation.


7. When will I receive the exact address?
The address of your booked apartment can be found on our homepage. You can also find us via Google Maps.


8. Is there a check-in time limit?
No. You can check in contactless and flexibly from 3:00 PM onwards, even later in the evening or at night.

Please ensure that you complete all online check-in documents before arrival, as we do not provide on-site phone assistance.


9. Can I leave a review?
Of course! You are welcome to leave a review on Google, in our guest directory, or via the booking portal. We look forward to your feedback.


10. How can I contact “moba travel”?

11. Is my personal data safe?
Your data is protected in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.


12. How does key handover work?
Key handover is contactless via key code.

No later than 3 days before arrival, you will receive an email from us or via your booking portal.
The email includes a link – under the tab “Access to the Property”, you will find your personal key code.


13. How many guests are allowed per apartment?
Most apartments accommodate up to 4 guests and include one bed and one sofa bed.

Additional capacity:

  • Apartment “Hafeneck” and “Hafennah”
    Extra sofa bed – up to 5 guests

  • Apartment “Strand Bucht”
    2 bedrooms – up to 6 guests

  • Apartment “Hafenbucht”
    2 bedrooms and 3 sofa beds – up to 10 guests

  • House “Familien Idylle”
    3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, each with a sofa bed – up to 10 guests

We are happy to help you find the perfect accommodation for your group.


14. Are there extra charges for babies or toddlers?
Babies and toddlers up to 4 years old may stay free of charge in the parents’ bed.

A baby cot and additional bed linen are available upon request and will be charged separately.


15. Do I need to bring bed linen and towels?
You may bring your own or book our linen package for €15 per person (bed linen & towels).

Duvets and pillows are provided in every apartment.


16. Who is liable for damages in the apartment?
The tenant is responsible for any damages caused during the rental period.


17. How can I cancel my booking?
Bookings made directly with us can be cancelled by email. The agreed cancellation policy applies.

Bookings made via a portal must be cancelled directly through the respective portal.
The cancellation terms can be found in your booking details there.


18. What are the cancellation fees?

  • Up to 8 weeks before arrival: full refund

  • Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% refund

For later cancellations, the cleaning fee will always be refunded.

The relevant date is the day we receive your cancellation notice.
